We do not have a retail checkout process.

You are deemed to place a retail order with us by emailing us with an order request, which we may or may not accept, depending on the item.

If you are a wholesale customer, you can email us with an order or make an order using our our online wholesale checkout process, which requires registration and acceptance with us.

 

As part of our wholesale checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to adjust or correct any errors.We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost of the order.This will be from orders@alicepearl.com

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a)where goods are not available;

(b)where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c)if there has been a pricing or product description error; or

(d)if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions. 

Because of the nature of our products; Mother of pearl, Silver, feathers, leather, the images you see on our website may vary from what you receive.

As our mother of pearl pieces are carved by hand, design details and sizes can be different from the images on our site.  This material has a vast range of colours, grey, green, black, brown, yellow, pink, white and almost everything in between.  We categorise them as; 

(a)light; or

(b)dark

Our feathers are a natural product which we dye by hand in small batches.  Colours and feather width can be slightly different from our website images.The leather we use is tanned in small batches, colours can vary from our website images. By ordering with us you are accepting these natural variations of colour, detail and size.

 

Shipping prices will be advised on each order or purchase, or can be estimated upon cutomers request.
